I realized Factom is only listed on Bittrex, which is aggressively asking for proof-of-funds from all its users. Given Bittrex was a place where whales manipulated coins illegally for years, what is happening now is that as many other Bittrex assets, they are being liquidated for BTC or USDT and everyone is transferring their assets off the exchange.
