Now this is a little bit of a grey area, a subject that most people don't want to talk about... but if you don't talk about a problem the chances are you will keep making the same mistakes over and over as you are not changing anything, so come share it with us here.
how did you feel after a big loss? did you keep on trading, or did you take a break? Did you go out and get drunk maybe ( that's what I did when I blew my 1st account... and I think I had a fight with a tree even though it kept telling me to LEAF him alone hahaha.
My problem was revenge trading, so I would enter a trade in a bullish trend then that trade would turn straight away so I would think it was going bearish so entered a short position for it to change and carry on the way it was going... this F#CKS with your mind and makes you do silly things! I now know that these changes in direction were only slight pullbacks in the overall bigger picture.
Now then the question is how much have you lost in 1 trade? I think my biggest loss in a single trade was around 5k when I 1st started out, but with this trade I did not just loose money I also lost HOPE ( she had just popped to the shop, we went for a meal when she got back haha )

I almost forgot about the trade pictured, well not so much a trade but a lovely support and resistance zone you can put on your charts as this will be used over and over again.
