If there where no news this scenario will most likely play out - but seeing as there is news today anything might happen.
I would be looking for this Long setup only during the London session. Theres absolutely no telling what will happen after the news drops and how the charts might change, so dont do anything stupid.

I would not enter a trade just before or even after the news dropped today - guys the market is so slow - seems everyone is holding their breath for the Core Inflation data later - this is more and more seeming to be a no trade day.
