EURUSD 45m, possible double bottom following by a pattern break.
Hi all guys we re at it again, yesterday it s been a fu**ing bloody friday for me! But let s keep the pips back! This pair is showing some confluences to go long with a proper RR ratio. We ve start the analysis from the daily TM that closed as bullish engulfing this friday then we have a descending pattern breakout and a possible double bottom formation on the base! Now i ve set 2 possible entries cause we need to see where price will pullback to test the zone+pattern break. Last but not least DXY start to showing a possible double top and seems to has left a empty space to cover all the way down to reach the minor TL. I will definitely hunt this ssetup like an hawk!
NB: The two entries doesn t mean s get the first one and if hit SL entry on the second one but clearly wait for a sign of exaustion anaway the entry point should be quite accurate!
PS. no error or fail can fly away in the air this is so important for a trader formation so what s wrong in gbpchf short analysis ?! nothing in particular but i ve already made this error here some trades ago eurcad short where i was always waiting what to my eyes seems to be a correction but it isn t cause i miss that we are on strong support zone and it s not a correction but the starts of HL HH and then we have the big push to the upside another thing important is that i see that possible little correction after a strong push down and i need to understand that market always need liquidity to moves lower sso no only one direction but waves!
