There's no a "best time to trade" but this is what fits best to my lifestyle and I want to share it with you :)
I took into consideration the different Major Sessions such as LONDON, NY, SYDNEY and JAPAN's.
This are the best times to trade FOR ME.
The Turquoise boxes are the time for the entries I'm looking for.
The Grey box is my time for sleep
And the Color boxes are just representing day by day activities.
I made it on the 15M timeframe but my chart is on Mexico City Time (UTC -5) and also the

Estos son los mejores momento para comerciara PARA MÍ.
Los rectángulos azul turqueza representan el tiempo para las mejores entradas que estoy buscando.
El rectángulo gris representa mis horas de sueño.
Y los rectángulos de colores sólo simulan una agenda de actividades del día a día.
