Today my prediction for the pair of Eur/Jpy is sell, because we can see that Euro is obviously is lossing the steam.
After that great monday when we all heard that maybe the pandemic of Coronavirus will be over, investor, traders leave safe heaven currencies(Japanies Jen) and bet against Jen.
We saw also a big sell off from gold and value in 1 day drop for 112$ per unce and 80 € per unce, oil was up for 9%.
First off all, you need to ask yourself, why Euro can't keep momentum for this good news of a vaccaine? Because of increase of infected people and the mortality in whole of Europe, big countrys like Germany, France etc.. closed their doors due to Coronavirus so only neccesary stuff is open like shops, and that is not enough to keep the momentum for Euro.
Today is a new day we can see on 1h chart of Eur/Jpy a pretty good signal for short.
We can see after the little sell off on Monday, in Thuesday Eur/Jpy didn't touch it the previous high and resistance line, so we are talking about a downtrend.
We can see also LL, LH, 3 falling method and very good pattern shooting star, and now we will wait for a bearish confirmation that the downtrend will continue.
Also we have a crossover of Ema of 21 which is a good signal for traders who base their prediction on crossovers.
