Where are we now ? Is the party over? or Time for Altcoins ?
In 22 Dec 2017, Bitcoin dropped to nearly its 50 days moving average just like it did today. The price hold above 50 days moving average for 22 days (between 22 December 2017 to 14 January 2018).
In that period of time, Ethereum and all other altcoins exploded. We are probably seeing the same scenario today. I expect that we will see massive moves in altcoins for at least 3 weeks (until bitcoin goes below 50 days moving average or it enters new bull trend). Meanwhile, Bitcoin dominance will be decreasing rapidly.
My plan is to stay in altcoins as long as 50 days moving average of bitcoin holds. After the altcoin party, I will be seeking chance to back to bitcoin.
This is my own opinion and plan. Conversely, all market could crush in couple of hours but the probability of altcoin party is more higher in my opinion.
Tips :
-Always take profit on the way up , price will definitely not increase forever.
-Don’t be too greedy when price moves up or don’t panic when it decreases. Relax and control your psychology.
-Make plans for every possibilities, it is not 100% accurate that what we think will happen.
-Don’t try to catch up the exact deep or exact peak.
-Don’t buy everything you found in the market.
-Don’t listen everybody who claims to be a trader or financial advisor. (Mostly avoid who is 100% sure about what they believe).
-Remember, market cycle works with human psychology and everybody’s psychologies are similar.
