Just want to share my thoughts about this crypto. Hope you'll enjoy it.
We everybody know cryptos are volatile, but damn, right now the speculation is going crazy. I am pretty sure that this is not pure speculation ,made by discretionary investors but AI,algos and physics are dominating the scene. In my opinion, in the cryptos universe you can't base your investment decison based on just chart analysis since there is a lack of historical prices (unlike FX for instance), but you need to find the hard catalyst if you want to speculate or carry out short term investments (e.g. eth increased in one trading session of around 30% due to signals growth of BIP 91, check this out www.cryptocoinsnews....miners-agree-segwit/). I suggest you to keep track of these signals (www.xbt.eu/).
Right now, lots of uncertainty is sorrounding us, everyone is waiting July 31st-August 1st, but I am confident we will go through segwit withouth experiencing a hard fork. Of course I can be wrong, it is really hard to predict cryptos without AI. Sometimes you just need to follow your gut. That's why I suggest to invest in cryptos having a long term view (but you need to believe in in the team, in the project and in its future implementation). If you want you can trade and speculate, let's say 20% of the total amount you want to invest, in cryptos riding the volatility ( only with money you can afford to lose).
Bearing the above in mind, let's take a look at the chart which support our investment decisions in the crypto field: we have a bullish outlook due to:
-Bottom is formed around 137$, we had a higher high (red arrow) followed by a higher low (blue arrow)
-Price breakout EMA 100
-RSI divergence
Currently we are on an important support level around 220-225$, hope it does not break it. If it doesn't and it breakout EMA 200, we have another confirmation of a bullish signal.
