Ethereum- Is 1800 a good buy trade?

A lot have asked me if 1800 is a good buy for Ethereum...
So...it depends on what type of trader you are
1. If you want to hold it, in my opinion is not a good buy and I think it will fall further
2. If you are a speculator and you buy at 1800 and target 2k, can be a good buy but only if you see a sign of reversal in 1.8k support
