using Action Reaction Lines and Price Action to tell its story
Comment:
Ok Sellers are holding but the buyers are making Higher Highs and Higher Lows up into the Sellers so now I would interpret that the buyers are pressing higher and will expand higher into the 4100 to 4120 price range
