Short

Dow is pumping for some time now but the long trend has clearly changed to Short. From the technical aspect, we would see this mini pump to keep going for some time until the levels of 23935 to maximum 25300 when we reach these levels we should see a sharp movement starting to the downside until we reach the bottom levels of 9700 to 12500. Invalidation points to watch out: If the price keeps pumping for any fundamental reasons (more money pumped in from FED or a Vaccine for CoronaVirus) and we reach 29600 then we are in an invalidation point but this is like a very small chance to happen for now. Also, keep in mind this kind of Candles in terms of percentages that happened in the past were only in 1929 / 1940 / 1987/ 2001 / 2008 which further indicates that the economy is going in a big recession phase.
Comment:
As we can see on the daily chart at previous points we formed a positive divergence on daily chart before the mini pump that we got at around 18200 area and we are expecting this to go up to 24000 to 25000 as I mention on the first post. We know that A B C in this analysis should give us a 5 - 3 -5 formation and right now on the daily chart, we can clearly see that Smaller Wave A that formed and we getting a Wave B which will give a small retrace to the areas of 20000 to 20500 points and smaller Wave C would complete the Bigger Wave B higher.
We watching closely Dow to get a negative divergence at the top of this scheme to confirm the next Wave down which is Wave C at the big bottom we expecting to happen within next weeks/months
Comment:
The Smaller Wave B started playing out very fast and it seems like we are going to get our short term targets faster than expected. Fundamentals play'd their role on this (Trump Announcements). Let's keep a close look at what is coming next. I will update you shortly.
