CXXI - Head and Shoulder Pattern observed. Bullish? Bearish?

CXXI - Neutral while this patter plays out for me. 2 head and shoulder patterns here. 1 is clearly formed and done. 2 has formed but assumptions as to the right shoulder could be interpreted many different ways here. Im watching for confirmation of direction but would lean bearish with the gap below looking to be filled and bounce off support. Thought I would share.

Nice move on news this morning. Gapped through former support & short term resistance. Lower than expected volume on the news. Congrats to all bottom fishers!
