According to the MACD Histogram modeling, it appears that China is starting a new Wave of infections, already set in and has started to move. MACD histograms are above zero, and the MACD lines crossed up, leaning towards an outbreak that needs to be controlled. Currently, it does not look very serious, but definitely significant.
