Price was ranging from past many years in a small price range
Every time price tried to break above/below range it just failed
But now finally Monthly candles have managed to sustain above the range

Company is into education sector but recently it applied for NBFC license
So going forward it might be Education + Educational Loans

Constant promoter holding around 64%
CMP < Book value
PE < Industry PE

Negatives
Low ROCE%
Low Dividend

I have not taken any position yet, but will keep watch at it and buy Slowly
