$NYSE:CABO - CABLE ONE INC - About to run again?

CABLE ONE has had a good run over the last 12 months, up some 80% and well and truly out performing the market. It has been consolidating since mid November and with the RSI starting to show some upward movement might be giving some indication it might be ready to move up again. Might be worth a watch if it heads up.
