bitcion had a great bounce from 30000$ area
but not all altcoin as well , and we know that bitcoin is the mother of the altcoins so it have to wait them (in case we have a healthy bull) ,so as we see the solana, polkadot ethereum .. the liquidity moved to them and others i haven't noticed ..
so i think when the altcoins reach thier targets we will see the next Bitcoin move ,and it will be clear in the direction the price leave out the rectangle
don't forget the price is near to important fib level
