Downward fib. resistance fan ray of 0.5 is touched for second time (white rays). It may be crossed a little at about $6000. But if it's gonna be overcrossed, that means something extraordinary is going on.
I am waiting a total change of direction anytime.

Why it took too long to reach the target? it's simply because it took a while to reach the bottom. Slow decrease is followed by slow increase.
