Just drawing simple lines shows its moving down, what makes many people expect it will go up is looking back over the years and saying hey its due time, the kid always arrives at 8 am in the morning... well maybe this day he just didnt show up. I am not convinced its going up just yet, and would like to see it move above 8 before anyone changes my mind, I still do think its a great time to buy those altcoins you always wanted to buy as prices are very low now, that not saying you should or they have funds enough to survive another 3-4 months bear market. Anyway, its a neutral opinion, things can change I dont know about, like giant whale pumps
