Touches $19.8K-$20K by 2020-Dec and ranges between $20K-$17K and alts season continues until Jan.
Then BTC retraces to retest $13.8-12.8K level... Fib 0.5 or 0.618.
And price starts upward movement again in 2020-Mar until 2020-May/June.
