As you all have already noticed, in the last week traders separated on two camps: one is wating for the exeptional fall, other side is waiting for the allmighty bitcoin to punish unfaithful. But there is a place for the third group - scrupulous waiters. Why it i so? First of all, it is more pleasurable to leave your funds as they are, than loose anything from them. Luck have place in casino, but in trading this place should be occupied only with the result of your mental work and work on yourself.
Now lets talk about TA and FA. Bitcoin certainly reached the important low level of 3000, and it is all chances that it was the starting point for the further growth. But there is also a big chance, that this fast rebound from 3k to 4k was some sort of manipulation. Evidences: enormous orders on chinese exchanges , overhelming growth speed. Without this fast rebound we could have hit 3.5 k for example and after having a rest correction could led us to lower levels. But what was done is already done:) What do we have from this facts? On the one side: 1. Bitcoin attracts more and more participants every day, that make him more precious. There is a lot of believers of the infinite bitcoin growth that will always buy and there are quite a lot of traders that have already bought at 3k. 2. Internet replets with short predictions, so there are a lot of shorters right now, and in the case of growth all this orders will be liquidated and help the price to move forward.
One the other side: 1. Big amount of people wants to buy around 3k. TA signs are more bearish then bullish .We still have strong resistence line 4.150(black line). Main signs are MACD and AO devirsion. All past strong corrections were predicted by them incredibly accurate with diversions. BUT: the last wave before good fall could be quite higher then the past.
Furthermoe, at the moment we cant certainly say what kind of eliott wave we are in (middle of 4 wave or beginning of 5 wave)
Synopsis: dont rush, be calm and cold minded. Correction would be the most logic movement, but hype about BTC could make a big contribution and push us to the new hights . The situation can become clearer in 0.5-1.5 days
