But in that time altcoins can be pumping.
Also notice 4H RSI is oversold - very common for minor wave pivots.
So this is a dip buying opportunity in (in altcoins and perhaps some crypto stocks).
And you can of course buy Bitcoin here but as if it is close to the top then this can be where altcoins go wild 🧐.
