It's late Q3 / early Q4 2020. BTC traders are still pulling their hair, getting chopped on sideways action, as alts continue moving 4x, 5x against BTC.

Prediction: Bitcoin continues moving sideways as the weekly 21 EMA climbs up to meet price. From then, the trend can resume towards the upside.
