Done a short study of these Williams Fractal sets LHHL on the day chart and when price drops below the low of the last fractal low in that set it has often turned bearish. So I'm going short for now thinking same could apply to the 2 hour chart. Williams fractals not shown on chart. Pink box represents to consecutive Williams fractal highs and either side Williams fractal lows - the outer yellow box.

Here is an interesting observation from the post that followed this one. You will notice in the triangle set up in the chart ABCD that D was never reached. so for the moment depending on where this two hour bar ends we can raise the trend line to form a perfect triangle with D reached this time. So sell idea could still be valid.
