Bearish Trend soon for BTC? (3h time scale) for BITSTAMP:BTCUSD by Czarcast

Looks like the price is having difficulty breaking top bands and continuing upwards on a 3h basis.
Highs for previous trends are lows for newer trends.
Could be a signal for a slight bearish downtrend coming soon?
Thoughts?
