The number of unconfirmed transactions on the Bitcoin network soared from 134,000 to more than 400,000, causing a bottleneck in the memory pool. The surge in unconfirmed transactions led to a 343% increase in transaction costs, from $1.99 per transaction on April 26th to $8.82 per transaction at present on May 7th. This backlog can be attributed to the surge in the casting and transfer of serial number inscriptions and BRC20 tokens.
Previously, Bi 'an closed the BTC withdrawal when the bitcoin network was congested, and it has now resumed.
