BTC Ending Diagonal Triangle (falling wedge)
Bullish MACD divergence confirms the upward movement
The following are characteristics of an Ending Diagonal Triangle:
They come at the end of larger pattern and are only found in the fifth wave of an impulse or at the end of corrective patterns referred to as “C” waves.
Each of the three sub impulse waves sub divide into three waves not the usual five.
EDT’s take a wedge shape within two converging lines.
In terms of price, the third wave is always shorter than the first and the fifth wave is always shorter than the third.
Typically, the EDT ends in a “throw-over” which is a brief break of the trend-line connecting the end points of waves one and three.
