I think we have a nice inverted H&S with a possible breakout @10500. Buy at 9800 and watch at 10400 for a possible breakout.

The MACD crossed the signal line and show a good uptrend and seems to confirm the pattern.
Comment:
Low volume, low rsi, price over the ichimoku cloud, showing a good uptrend. Possible breakout at the predicted target.
