We have a portion of good news for you! Binance’s native cryptocurrency (BNB) will be underlying of a new exchange traded product (ETP) and hence will be traded on the stock exchange.
* The largest crypto exchange, Binance, informed that it has entered into a partnership with fintech firm Amun, aiming to create the USD-denominated ETP.
* The new financial product will be listed on Swiss major stock exchange SIX under the ticker ABNB.
* ETP is planned to be initially backed by $20 million value of Binance coins (BNB).
* With a $2.84 billion of market capitalization and daily transaction volume of $100 million, BNB is the eighth largest crypto in the field.
* Binance has limited the supply of BNB at 200 million tokens, half of which is planned to be “burned” by the firm to avoid depreciation.
