Spending time studying and revising charts only to have tradingview 'forget' them whenever a browser tab refreshes or reopens is quite frustrating!
Anyway, I bought AMD on both bad news / rumours and a bad day for the markets generally (trade war Yuan announcement) in anticipation of a bounce.
Looking for strong stocks in a long-term uptrend with a healthy amount of swing within a channel, to swing trade over periods of weeks to months.
I'm considering this a medium-long term swing trade and will be keeping an eye on it to see if the channel is respected, or if some other pattern forms.
If the stock market tanks generally then I will consider selling and moving those funds into bitcoin.
