✳️ Alpaca Strong Year Long Bullish Divergence (370%+ Potential)

We are going back to the basics with this one, truly basic.

All of the signals I think the most basic ones and easier to learn relate to the moving averages and oscillators.

➖ As for the moving averages; Below is considered bearish while above bullish. I'll expand later.

➖ The oscillators; When the price diverge or converge we read as bullish or bearish depending on the market bias.

Here we have ALPACABTC producing a very strong decline, a steep decline in early to mid-2023.
After the 30th of July we see an uptick in trading volume.

ALPACABTC continues and produces several lower lows but the drop is not as steep as before.
As this whole pattern is developing, the RSI is producing higher highs. It bottomed January 2023.

It is interesting to know that it isn't that we read these divergences as bullish but that they tend to mature before a change of trend. Now, the divergences can go for weeks, months or years at a time so it is hard to know when it will start to show its effect on the trading pair.

For this we look at the market cycle and other signals, such as EMA10.

The market cycle is telling us that the Altcoins are ready to grow, confirmed; Because we can see literally dozens and dozens of pairs growing two to three digits green.

ALPACABTC produced a volume breakout today and is moving above EMA10.
Even if the trend does not change we have signals that points to an up-move, so in the worst case scenario we see green for a weeks or days.

Again, judging by the market cycle; Bitcoin growing for 1 year plus, money flowing into Crypto... When the giants start taking profits on Bitcoin and the big Altcoins money will not leave the market, it will flow from the big ones to the smaller ones, those that have been bleeding for years on end.

The market cannot kill itself or won't kill itself... Au contraire, the market is trying to grow and evolve and for this to happen it needs to feed itself.

Those that haven't grown, will receive life force in the form of funds and this in exchange will push prices up.
