this company really shouldn't be ignored

on my previous idea i had missed out to buy the stock narrowly and the stock's price went up by 5%. Now they have announce further expansion to their current project to achieve greater result i would still say that this stock is definitely looking bullish. Technically on a short term i can see the stock rising up to 11.29 but on a long term fundamentally i see this stock rising all the way up to 18 dollars.
