Not sure, what your buy avg is, but you need to look at is it worth going down this level and then waiting for you to get to break even or selling and rebuying at a newer level.
Example:
Let's say you bought $10K worth of BTC at $40K. Giving you 0.20 BTC.
You sell at $20K, losing 50%, leaving you with $5k. On the theory that BTC will bottom at $10K.
Now that $5K can buy 0.50 BTC, which is double what you have at the higher price.
Again, you need to measure the pros and cons, but sometimes being a bag holder now is not worth the future gains if you can take your losses now and buy back in at a lower price. This is predicated on your belief in the future of the coin/token etc.
