As gold was unable to sustain the upwards momentum I think we're gonna see a retest of the area around 1400 before we can get bullish on this again.
We saw a large drop on Dow friday into close, is this the doom bearer of what is coming? So many are talking recession, but what can we expect. Dow closed just around strong support, and it will be very interesting to see where it opens, there are still an intact uptrend, which supports both moves higher and lower. Here I am trying to illustrate the most likely...
How far can we go? I've been fortunate enough to trade the dow, both up and down. However I am amazed at how it just keeps going!
I think everyone agrees that $BTC is in consolidation, however I am seeing a possible bullish move coming next as some key trend are being held. I we get a strong move above 9.000, that would indicate further upside, whereas a move to below 8.000 would indicate the opposite. I find that right now is a good time to sit back and just watch where it ends up going.
Even with the dip last week, oil is staying the course. A clear break above 53, would indicate a shortterm target of 54.5. Keeping an eye on this one.
Looking at gold, I do believe we need to touch on that 1455 spot before we can take off. I currently have no positions, and am just watching to see what happens. With a short rally on major markets monday morning, I think we could get a swift drop on gold before larger rally up. But everything is just so volatile at the moment, it's hard to tell. I have no clear...
Ethereum has been struggling this past week, however it is maintining a larger upwards trend, even now over the weekend, there has been no serious dips. Still want to see it pick up some speed some time soon, and if the larger markets decide to take another run downwards, that could be a catalyst, but we never know now do we :) I'm Long in $HIVE.V as my crypto...
Very nice bounce from no particular point of support. Looking at a combination of fib retracement and previous SR levels, I think we'll get a little bit further up before we see a reversal. Maybe a shortlived long position at the open on Monday, depending on how DAX moves on the day, but will be looking closely for that reversal spot, where SR levels and the 61.8%...
We saw a nice bounce from lower resistance on $DAX on Friday. I believe we could be in for a trend day on Monday taking us to 12.155, if we manage to break through that area we could see another test of the top of the trend channel, but I find that unlikely. I might try a long Monday morning depending on how it opens, but will definitely look an opportunity to...
That shortterm uptrend didn't last long :) I think we're looking at another nosedive today. I'm short from 11.950
Looks like DAX may be establishing shortterm upwards trend, for swing to around 12.150. I like it above 11.950
Looking at the established flag pattern, we could be in a bounce.
So I think ETH is in a good R/R position to go long, soon... It looks to have broken out of the longer term trend, that brought it down from the peak and is now trying to figure out what the boundaries of the upwards trend should be. The last few days other markets have been in an undecided position, but both DAX and SPX500 have broken shorter term upwards trends...
