The fund seeks to track the performance of the NBC Canadian Family Index which focuses on public Canadian companies labeled to be family owned. Securities are required to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange to be considered eligible for inclusion. It is equally-weighted and holds the constituents securities in the same percentage as they are seen in the index. The fund is designed for investors seeking a diversified portfolio delivering efficient exposure to the potential of local family-owned firms. Additionally, the index is reviewed annually and rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
