Boldtek Holdings Ltd. is an investment company, which engages in the provision of building construction and interior decoration or fitting-out services. It operates through the following segments: General Building; Precast Manufacturing; Properties Development and Investment; Soil Investigation and Treatment; and Fire Door Manufacturing. The General Building segment includes construction, building and maintenance works such as excavation, piling, sub-structures and superstructures works, architectural works, aluminum cladding and curtain walling, mechanical and engineering works, supply and installation of furniture and interior fitting-out works, external works, and landscaping. The Precast Manufacturing segment trades and manufactures concrete precast products. The Properties Development and Investment invests, trades, and develops residential properties. The Soil Investigation and Treatment segment focuses on consultation services. The Fire Door Manufacturing segment involves in the manufacturing and trading of fire-rated door. The company was founded by Siew Eng Ong and Lam Soon Phua on October 5, 2012 and is headquartered in Singapore.
