Quality Houses Hotel & Residence Freehold & Leasehold Property Fund is a closed-end investment fund. It engages in leasing and rental of immovable properties in Thailand. The firm objective includes utilizing the proceeds from such fund mobilization to purchase, and lease, and sublease immovable properties, and accept the transfer of leasehold rights to immovable properties, and the transfer of sub-leasehold rights to immovable properties, and to seek benefit from such immovable properties, whether in the form of granting of leases, sub-leases and any other form for the benefit of the properties invested in or possessed by the fund, as well as to improve, change, develop and dispose of the properties. The company was founded on July 18, 2012 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
