VEE fundamentals

Vee SA engages in the provision of services for the call center industry. It offers Brilliance, a smart-speech technology project that operates on the basis of a state machine which allows a robot to hold an intelligent telephone dialogue with a human being. Its products include Dialla, Maya, and Alisa which are automated voice operated tools for customer service. The company was founded by Dawid Michal Wojcicki and Krzysztof Bartlomiej Plachta in 2012 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
