The Travel and Car Rental segment includes inbound tour, outbound tour, corporate travel, airline ticketing, and car and coach rental activities. The Automotive segment assembles and distributes light commercial trucks, heavy commercial trucks, and used vehicle auction and trading. The Others segment includes encompasses property investment, assembly of passenger vehicle, cosmetics, and lingerie. The company was founded on March 26, 1997 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
