Innoprise Plantations Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of management services to subsidiaries. It operates through the Palm and Bio-Integration and Corporate segments. The Palm and Bio-Integration segment is involved in cultivating oil palm and plantation trees, manufactures and sells crude palm oil and palm kernel, and generates and supplies electricity from a biomass plant. The Corporate segment offers corporate services and treasury functions. The company was founded on December 24, 1993 and is headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
