The Heating division develops and manufactures systems for the safety, comfort and performance of gas appliances. The Smart Gas Metering division develops and manufactures gas meters, also with remote control, consumption measurement, reading and communication functions. The company was founded by Pierluigi de'' Stefani and Giancarlo de'' Stefani in 1953 and is headquartered in Padua, Italy.
