The Proprietary Trading segment includes the trading equities, bonds, funds, and derivatives for the group. The Investment Management segment covers businesses on asset management, private equity investment and alternative investments. The Others segment represents other operation of the head office, including investment in associates, as well as interest income and interest expense arising from general working capital. The company was founded on December 28, 1998 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
