It operates through the following segments: Personal Damages, Damage to Vehicles, Bank Claims, Rehabilitation Services, RES, and Other Services. The Personal Damages segment concerns the pursuit of claims resulting from events covered by compulsory third party liability insurance owners of motor vehicles, as a result of which the consumer has suffered material or non-pecuniary damage. The Damage to Vehicles segment includes claims resulting from events covered by compulsory insurance civil liability of motor vehicle owners, as a result of which the consumer suffered property damage to the vehicle. The Bank Claims segment consists of services related to pursuing claims to consumers, claims arising from the use of prohibited contractual provisions by banks, and other practices violating collective consumer interests. The Rehabilitation Services segment includes operations of an entity providing functional rehabilitation services. The RES segment includes entities providing services for renewable energy sources. The Other Services segment covers other services provided by companies in the capital group such as debt collection services in the field of renewable energy sources and lease, and other services supporting the core business. The company was founded by Adam Gilowski on October 14, 2005 and is headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland.
