The Reinsurance Business segment underwrites global reinsurance business, except for casualty reinsurance business outside Asia. The Pension and Group Life Insurance Business segment is involved in the corporate and personal retirement insurance and annuity businesses, and group life insurance. The Other Businesses segment refers to asset management, insurance intermediary, and pension and group life business. The company was founded in 1929 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
