EPGL fundamentals

Energypac Power Generation Plc engages in the distribution of base load and standby gas and diesel generators. It operates through the following segments: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG); Motor Vehicles Division (MVD); Building Materials Division (BMD); Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC); and All Other. The LPG segment manages LPG bottling plants. The MVD segment imports and markets JAC automobiles, construction machineries and materials, and spare parts. The BMD segment constructs pre-engineered building and steelpac light building. The EPC segment deals with the design, execution, manufacture, testing, completion, trial run, and warranty of an independent power plant including civil, mechanical. electrical, and electronic works. The All Other segment include service revenue, CNG refueling stations, and generator sales. The company was founded on July 15, 1995 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
