Since no expected good news for BAC its lucking incoming new money which can help keep the uptrend, so far this year BAC jumped on real estate "gold-rush" which seems to be gone and banks firing employee from lending departments. In near future don't expect banks jumping to new highs at same fashion as first half of the year.
Bank of America is being tested right now and the battle is fierce. So far the support at 14.31 is holding but the bulls haven't been strong enough to break out of the upper EMA's. Levels I see as important today. Suspect a good day.. but ya never know :)
BOA is on a Decision Level..normally i would say by 14 $ a good chance for a short, but now we are in August so i would say SHORT. Thank you for your comments.

$BAC on the downside with support @MA100 and a nice kicked off that probably will give a weak bullish move. The downtrend is unchanged for now.
Short setup. Head and Shoulders. Break of the neckline today
