MARG fundamentals

MARG Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the business of construction and real estate development. It operates through the following segments: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Urban Infrastructure Development, Port and Logistics, and Leasing. The EPC segment provides integrated turnkey solutions and integrated design, engineering, material procurement, field services and construction, and project management services for infrastructure sector and real estate projects. The Urban Infrastructure Development segment includes Marg Swarna Bhoomi and the special economic zone. The Port and Logistics segment covers the Marg Karaikal port and Marg logistics. The Leasing segment is involved in the Marg junction mall which is under construction, proposing to lease the commercial spaces for business, leisure and entertainment, hotel, and the leasing of digital zones by the holding company. The company was founded by Gorrepati Rama Krishna Reddy on December 16, 1994 and is headquartered in Chennai, India.
