In selecting investments, the fund considers a company's growth prospects and valuation without restriction to size or location. While the fund uses a fundamental process, the adviser plays a large role in the actively managed portfolio. Key themes and related investments may change over time at the discretion of the adviser based on disclosures, third-party research, or subjective criteria. The adviser also decides on the allocation of investments across GBUY's key themes. The issuer acquired a passively managed fund for this space but closed the fund in November 2020. GBUY appears to be a revival with the twist of active management.
