Moving average types

SMA = Simple Moving Average
EMA = Exponential Moving Average
VWMA = Volume-Weighted Moving Average
DEMA = Double Exponential Moving Average
TEMA = Triple Exponential Moving Average
KAMA = Kaufman's Adaptive Moving Average
PCMA = Central line of price channel (Donchian channel)
