Ripple is an undervalued cryptocurrency. It's worth buying after every minor decline just like current one. %R shows that the growth will continue soon. The closest resistance level is 0.27. Although, the short-term growth won't be too drastic. In the long term it is expected to grow more rapidly given that BTC will remain in the horizontal price range for quite some time. Only then will investors switch their attention to altcoins. I think it will happen soon enough, just after BTC hits the $4500 mark.
