Making sense of XL Fleet with Bollinger bands

NYSE:XL   None
I like my BB bands set to deviation 5, 1.8, exponential. I also like the daily VWAP, and then MACD or RSI provide relatively similar info so I'll throw on one of them. I'm usually switching between 1 and 5 minute candles to make sense of the price and volume movement during trading time, but to get this published I had to switch to 15 minute candles. With 5 minute candles it looked pretty choppy at market open and then suddenly burst at 10:00, not the usual activity on a stock I've seen, although with 15 minute candles in hindsight the uptrend looks more clear. Then instead of a significant drop like I've normally seen, there's another huge boost in the middle of day at about 1:30 before settling back down. Generally the only stocks I've seen that behave this erratically are IPOs, foreign stocks, and in particular, foreign IPOs. This is a 2019 debut company, not ancient but not an IPO. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it would burst at midday? It looks like it is going to pop again come Monday, any suggested buy in entries? Pre-market or market open? Better for a day or swing? It's going up but it's also going down so I don't want to be holding it for a swing if I'm in for some really erratic movements, I had to hold on to JMIA for 10 days to prevent a 9000 dollar loss, only to finally sell it and get off leverage and make 90 bucks.

Any suggestions or indicators to use for Monday? This thing is going to shake.
